The ACDA-UK is excited to announce the launch of our dynamic RUN CLUB, which is aimed at promoting healthy lifestyles through running.
Whether a beginner or advanced runner, this group will inspire, encourage and motivate you in your quest for great health, fitness and mental wellbeing.
As we train for the ACDA-UK 10K charity event this summer, all are encouraged to join this online group and gain encouragement along their training journey.
